Archive files (JPG, MPG, PDF, etc.) 
•    Files are stored in a folder, in many cases automatically
•    Filename is read by Clinical Assistant and linked to a patient, doctor, etc.
•    Files can be opened through Clinical Assistant
•    The files can also be approached through the EHR (Electronic Health Report),
     in case there is a weblink (EHR integration),
